I was born and raised in a small town of Wisconsin with a population of less than 5,000 people. I am grateful for all of the life lessons that come from a small town lifestyle but I knew from the grocery store romance novels that my grandma used to sneak me, that there was WAY more out there for me to explore.
I spent the entire decade of my 20's saying "YES!" to almost anything that was a new experience, a new place to live or a new job.
I have always thought that the best way to learn was through experience. I was absolutely that child that no matter how many times you told me that the stove was hot - I still had to touch it... and yes that goes for licking frozen flag poles at the bus stop too.
I have had a lot of random jobs including a PBX operator at a resort, working on a derivatives trading desk, and doing inventory management for a Toyota dealership. From all of my career choices I have continued to refine my skills of organization, creativity, googling to figure things out, and creating systems to work more efficiently.
My most recent big accomplishment was completely renovating a 1960's fixer upper all from instructional YouTube videos and inspirations from Pinterest. The house sold within 3 days of being on the market!
My goal is to never stop learning and continue to share my crazy ideas and Pinterest fails to help inspire you and provide a few laughs along the way. Thank you so much for taking the time to check out my website and I am excited that we've connected! Stay in touch on Pinterest + Instagram.
